Tommy Stublaski is a graphic designer, entrepreneur, and antique dealer who graduated from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities with a BFA in Graphic Design in 2019. His company, BongPop, was established in early 2021 and specializes in refurbishing vintage tobacciana products for modern-day consumers, as well as creating one-of-a-kind smoke pieces from antique glassware. BongPop has been featured in several publications for its ingenuity, including The Los Angeles Blade and New York Times. Tommy’s passion for collecting unique, vintage items spurred him to create a business that allowed him to break the taboo associated with stoner stereotypes, and beautify homes with items that are not only functional but also fascinating and personal to each customer. Through entrepreneurship, Tommy pursued a variety of creative channels such as illustration, marketing and branding, photography, and physical craftsmanship. Tommy now lives in Chicago, IL where he works as both an entrepreneur and freelance designer and illustrator. His goal is to continue to use design as a force for good, to enhance and add beauty to the mundane and ordinary, and to create experiential interactions with art and design in day-to-day life.
