Nourhan is a Creative Director and co-founder of pew. design bureau. In only 5 years time, she has lead her studio towards becoming one of the leading brand consultancies in the Middle East/North Africa (MENA) region; having worked with household names like Google, YouTube, Unilever, Nestle & Vice and built brands from scratch for home-grown startups that earned them billion dollar valuations. Nourhan’s design work is largely shaped by her interests in philosophy and art - yet her creative leadership is characterized by empathy and goal-oriented research. This seemingly unlikely combo is how she can translate experimental & innovative ideas into highly effective strategies & communications. Along with her everyday business; she maintains involvement in academic circles. She mentors young talent in collaboration with the German University in Cairo & Berlin and organizes design workshops with SYNC School. In 2019 she was invited to speak at RiseUp, the largest entrepreneurial summit in the MENA region. She’s also a Yale BPCL alumni. 

After developing YouTube’s first-ever experiential event in the region & seeing her work for SWVL displayed on the world’s tallest building and on Times Square billboards, Nourhan has set her eyes on more global growth. She recently moved to Los Angeles where she continues to expand her team and clientele.
